The 2013 Asia tour continues in Osaka and Manila. Phoenix and Chester find the best party ever.

Typhoon Haiyan struck the Philippines on Friday, Nov 8th causing flash floods, landslides, and severe wind damage. More than 11.8 million people are affected including 900,000 who fled their homes.
